We had a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath house that we outgrew some time ago.  My wife and I knew it was time to expand as sharing bedrooms and a bathroom with 3 children was starting to wear on everybody. We knew absolutely nothing about the costs and all the work involved with planning a remodel and addition. Fortunately, we found you!  We now have a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home.  Your creativity and perfectionism with every little detail are outstanding.  Your plans for our house exceeded our wildest expectations and you accomplished everything by staying within our budget. You even helped me find a contractor!  Everyone who now comes to our house marvels at the before and after.  My wife and I will be forever grateful! We had to end up firing our original designer and hiring a new designer.  To make a long story short, our contractor recommended we hire a designer that could get the job done in a more timely manner at a more reasonable cost.  Enter Greg Ybarra of ADG Design.  In a nutshell, Greg is my savior, He came on board and quickly got up to speed, had the plans completed faster than I thought possible, Providing engineering and even submitted them for me.  All for a price that was a lot less than what my previous designer wanted.  Because Greg has over 35 years experience helping homeowners like us with thier remodeling work (and due to the fact that he use to work for the City of San Jose Building Department) he was able to help us through the permit process every step of the way without any problems. Thanks to Greg and our contractor, we've been able to beautifully restore and remodel our old Wolfe & Wolfe fixer upper.  I will always highly recommend Greg to anyone -- whether you need only minor help or are in need of major hand holding.

My wife & I had been putting off doing a much needed remodeling, believing that our lives were too busy to spend what precious little time we had together to undertake a construction project, let alone find a qualified designer to help us.  Finally, we bit the bullet & were referred to Greg Ybarra of ADG Design.  Greg was really knowledgeable about what plans & permits were required for Saratoga, CA (which we found out is a really tough city to work with) and gave us a lot of really great & creative ideas.  Due to work demands I didn't have the time to stay on top of the project, so in stepped Greg.  He interviewed contractors, managed the project and took care of any issues that came up.  Greg did a superb job and I would highly recommend him if you need someone who is very creative & knowledgeable.
